RYNQ Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms“) govern the rules for registration and use of the Interested Party account on the website www.rynq.com.

1.2. The contracting parties are:

• you, i.e., the person who creates an Interested Party account on the website (hereinafter the “Interested Party“),
• RYNQ SE, ID No. 23134445, with its registered office at Křižíkova 680/10b, Karlín, 186 00 Prague, file no. H 2736 kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter “we” or the “controller“).

1.3. The Interested Party account serves only to be included in the list of persons who wish to be informed about the launch of RYNQ services and their further development. Creating an Interested Party account does not create an entitlement to the provision of any financial or other services.

2. Registration and Use of the Interested Party Account

2.1. For registration of the Interested Party account, it is necessary to provide a valid email address and confirm it via a link sent to this address.

2.2. The Interested Party is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information and to protect access to their email from misuse

2.3. The Interested Party account is provided free of charge.

2.4. The Interested Party account can be cancelled at any time by sending a request to info@rynq.com or by unsubscribing from commercial communications.

3. Information about Services and Commercial Communications

3.1. Based on the registration of the Interested Party account, we may send information about the project’s development, planned features, and future service launches.

3.2. Commercial communications are sent in accordance with legal regulations and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
