RYNQ Registration Terms
1. Introductory provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "terms and conditions") govern the rules for registering and using the applicant's account on the website www.rynq.com.
1.2. The contracting parties are:
- you, i.e. the person who creates a candidate account on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "candidate"),
RYNQ SE, Company ID 23134445, registered office: Křižíkova 680/10b, Karlín, 186 00 Prague, file number: H 2736 kept at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the administrator”).
1.3. The applicant's account serves only to be included in the list of persons who wish to be informed about the launch of RYNQ services and their further development. Creating an applicant's account does not entitle the applicant to the provision of any financial or other services.
2. Registration and use of the candidate account
2.1. To register an account, the interested party must provide a valid e-mail address and confirm it via a link sent to this address.
2.2. The interested party is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information and protect access to their e-mail from misuse.
2.3. The applicant's account is provided free of charge.
2.4. The interested party's account can be canceled at any time by sending a request to info@rynq.com or by unsubscribing from commercial communications.
3. Service information and commercial communications
3.1. Based on the registration of an interested party's account, we may send information about the development of the project, planned features and future launch of services.
3.2. We send commercial communications in accordance with legal regulations and you can unsubscribe from them at any time.
4. Future services
4.1. We plan to launch an application and other services in the future.
4.2. When they are made available, users will always be separately informed about the terms of their use and the processing of personal data. These terms apply exclusively to the registration of the interested party's account.
5. Protection of personal data
5.1. We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the website www.rynq.com.
6. Changes to the terms and conditions
6.1. We may update these terms and conditions as appropriate, particularly in connection with the development of the project.
6.2. We will inform you of the change via the website or email. If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions, you can cancel your account at any time.
7. Final provisions
7.1. Rights and obligations not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by the Civil Code and other legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
7.2. These terms and conditions are effective from 23. 9. 2025.
