At RYNQ SE, we strive for maximum transparency – not only in our planned services, but also in our handling of personal data.
In this policy, you will find information about what data we collect, what we use it for, and how it is protected. All processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the GDPR.

General information on the processing of personal data
You can create an account on the website www.rynq.com by filling out the contact form.
In order to register, we will need your valid email address, to which we will send a registration confirmation and a link to activate your account.
Data from user accounts is stored by our web hosting provider, who stores it in the position of a processor and does not have access to it.
We process this data for the following purposes:
keeping records of those interested in our services,
providing information about the launch and development of the project,
communicating with you in connection with your registration.
Processing is based on the necessity to fulfill the contract or to implement measures taken prior to its conclusion.
Commercial communications
If you have created an interested party account with us, we may send you email news about our project and planned features. This is done in accordance with the law (Section 7(3) of the Act on Certain Information Society Services). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in each email or by writing to us at our contact address.
Future services and applications
In the future, we plan to launch a web and mobile application and offer additional services.
When you register for the application or use these services, we will inform you separately and in detail about the processing of personal data.
Transfer of personal data
Your data:
is not transferred to any third parties for their own purposes,
may be made available to our contractual processors (e.g., web hosting or email tool providers), always on the basis of a contract and under our supervision.
Retention period
We will retain your personal data:
for the duration of your applicant account,
in the case of commercial communications, until you unsubscribe,
we may retain some data for a short period after you cancel your account if this is necessary to protect our legal claims (legitimate interest).
You can cancel your account at any time by simply writing to us, in which case your personal data will be deleted.

We only use basic cookies on our website to measure traffic and ensure the proper functioning of the site.

Sending commercial communications
We do not want to bother you with spam, but we would like to inform you from time to time about how our project is doing.
If you give us your consent, we will send you commercial communications. In any case, you will receive a maximum of one email per month from us, containing news about our application and related activities.
If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time in the future using the link at the end of every email you receive from us.

You can also use the contact form on our website.
In this case, we process your personal data (in particular your name, email address, and the content of your message) for the following purposes:
contacting you and handling your inquiry,
recording communication.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and conducting related communication.
We store the data from the contact form for a period of 3 years after the inquiry has been handled, unless you request its earlier deletion.
Rights of data subjects
The relevant legislation associates a number of rights with the processing of personal data – that is, your rights as a data subject.
These include, in particular, the right to information, i.e., your right to request information from us about the categories of personal data processed, the purpose, duration, and nature of the processing, and the recipients of the personal data. This information is provided above, but we will be happy to explain everything in more detail if you are interested. You also have the right to request a copy of the personal data being processed – some of it is accessible on your profile if you create one on the website.
If any of your data changes, or if you find that we are processing inaccurate personal data, you have the right to have it corrected. We will be happy to correct any inaccuracies in your data without undue delay, and you can also edit them in your profile.
Under certain conditions, you have the right to erasure or the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If the legal conditions are met, we will delete your data or restrict its processing upon request.
Finally, you have the right to object to or complain about the processing of your data. Objections should be sent to us and may be directed against processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests or any form of direct marketing. You can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time.

This policy may be updated from time to time, particularly in connection with the development of our services and the acquisition of relevant licenses.
