General Information on Personal Data Processing
On the website www.rynq.com, you can create a so-called “Interested Party account” by filling out a contact form. For registration, we will in any case need your functional email address, to which we will send a registration confirmation and a link to activate your account.
Data from user accounts is located with our web hosting provider, who stores it in the position of a processor and does not have access to it.
We process this data for the purpose of:
- keeping records of persons interested in our services,
- informing about the launch and development of the project,
- communication with you in connection with your registration.
Processing takes place based on the necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Commercial Communications
If you have created an Interested Party account with us, we may send you email news regarding our project and planned features. This is done in accordance with legal regulations (Section 7(3) of the Act on Certain Information Society Services). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in each email or by writing to our contact address.
Future Services and Applications
In the future, we plan to launch a web and mobile application and offer further services. When registering for the application or using these services, we will inform you separately and in detail about the processing of personal data.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your data:
- is not transferred to any third parties for their own purposes,
- may be accessed by our contractual processors (e.g., web hosting provider or email tool provider), always only based on a contract and under our supervision.
Retention Period
We will retain your personal data:
- for the duration of your Interested Party account’s existence,
- in the case of sending commercial communications, until you unsubscribe,
- some data may be briefly retained even after account cancellation if necessary to protect our legal claims (legitimate interest).
The account can be cancelled at any time; you just need to write to us, in which case your personal data will be deleted.
Cookies and Website Traffic
On our website, we only use basic cookies for traffic measurement and the correct functioning of the pages. Details can be found in the separate Cookie Policy.
Sending Commercial Communications
We do not want to bother you with any spam, but we would like to inform you from time to time about how our project is doing. If you grant us consent, we will send you commercial communications. In any case, you will receive a maximum of one email per month, containing news about our application and related activities. If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time in the future using the link at the end of every email you receive from us.
Contact Form
You can also use the contact form on our pages. In such a case, we process your personal data (especially name, email, and message content) for the purpose of:
- contacting you back and handling your inquiry,
- recording communication.
Processing takes place based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and conducting related communication. We retain data from the contact form for 3 years from the resolution of the inquiry, unless you request earlier deletion.
Data Subject Rights
Relevant legal regulations associate a wide range of data subject rights with the processing of personal data – i.e., your rights. These notably include the right to information, meaning your right to ask us for information about the categories of processed personal data, the purpose, duration, and nature of the processing, and the recipients of the personal data. This information is provided above; however, we will be happy to explain everything in more detail if you express interest.
Furthermore, you have the right to request a copy of the processed personal data – part of which is accessible on your profile if you create one on the pages. If any of your data changes, or if you find that we are processing inaccurate personal data, you have the right to rectification. We will be happy to correct inaccuracies in your data without undue delay; you can also edit them on your profile.
Under certain conditions, you have the right to erasure, or the right to restriction of processing of your personal data. If legal conditions are met, we will delete your data or restrict its processing upon request.
Finally, you have the right to file an objection or a complaint against the processing of your data. An objection is sent to us and can be directed against processing based on legitimate interests or any form of direct marketing. You can file a complaint at any time with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
